We provide 4 methods to troubleshoot:
1. Please charge the controller for more than 2 hours. It may have exhausted its battery before it reaches you and need more charging time to restart.
2. Try factory resetting the controller, flip them over and there is a small hole in the top right, use paper clip hold for 3 seconds (make sure system is off), then replug your controller into your system then restart.
3. Please hard reset the controller (pin hole in the back by the L2 button), then delete it from your Bluetooth (settings>devices>Bluetooth devices>controller). Then connect it again.
4. If failed, please try another USB cable to try again, maybe the USB cable is defective.
