If the controller you received can't charge, please do as the following to troubleshoot:

Step 1: Reset the controller, and keep it charged more than 2 hours.

Step 2: Try another USB cable to keep it charged more than 2 hours.

Connect to PS console

 

Connect the controller to PS4:

1. Plug the USB cable into PS4 console and this controller.

2. Press the HOME button to make the LED light bar flash.

3.When the light bar is always on, the connection is always on, then you can unplug the cable to use.

 

Connect to PC/Phone/Pad

1. Please turn on the "Bluetooth" on your equipment. Then long press the "Share" and "PS" button at the same time.

2. When your equipment find our PS4 controller out, please click "Wireless Controller" or "Dualshock 4 wireless controller" to connect.

 

Notice: Maybe you need download a DS4 Windows to your PC to use the controller.

We provide 4 methods to troubleshoot：

1. Please charge the controller for more than 2 hours. It may have exhausted its battery before it reaches you and need more charging time to restart.

2. Try factory resetting the controller, flip them over and there is a small hole in the top right, use paper clip hold for 3 seconds (make sure system is off), then replug your controller into your system then restart.

3. Please hard reset the controller (pin hole in the back by the L2 button), then delete it from your Bluetooth (settings>devices>Bluetooth devices>controller). Then connect it again.

4. If failed, please try another USB cable to try again, maybe the USB cable is defective.
