1. Refund & Return Policy
ㅤIf you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. If you are experiencing a production issue, we are pleased to offer: 12-month replacement with the same model from the date you received it. (Human damage is not covered)
2. How Long Do I Have Before Making a Return?
ㅤ● Return Period: You have a maximum of 30 calendar days to initiate a return. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the date of receipt.
ㅤ● Refusing Delivery: If you choose to reject signing for the package, no fees will be charged. However, if you sign for the product and later decide to return it for any reason (excluding product maintenance or if the item arrived damaged), you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. You can select any logistics company for the return, as we do not charge handling fees for returns.
3. How Do I Make a Return?
ㅤ● Please contact us directly to arrange your return and refund. We will provide you with the return address and necessary contact information.
ㅤ● Return Requirements:
ㅤㅤ-Items must be returned in original packaging (we ship all products in their respective packaging).
ㅤㅤ-The package must include original accessories, including but not limited to the product, manuals, and additional components.
ㅤㅤ-For non-quality related return claims, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.
ㅤㅤ-For quality-related return claims, UGAME will only refund the product's purchase price.
4. When will I receive my refund?
ㅤRefunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your returned package. The refund will be issued to your original payment method as per your preference. Please note that returned merchandise must be items sold in our store; we cannot process returns or refunds for items not purchased from us or for counterfeit products.
5. Notice
ㅤ● Do not send your return to the sender's address on your package, as this is not the return address and will delay processing.
ㅤ● Always use the address on the shipping label we provide, even if you are using your own shipping method.
ㅤ● Ensure that you do not accidentally include non-UGAME items in your return package. We cannot be responsible for returning these items to you.
ㅤ● If you encounter any issues with your return, please contact Customer Support within 30 days of your original order date.
